If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please send your package to us via insured and prepaid FEDEX, UPS or U.S. Mail (for your protection and to ensure prompt replacement or credit). By law, intimate apparel containing a crotch cannot be returned once it has been purchased.
Shipping (including our cost of free shipping) and gift wrap charges can not be refunded.

SHIPPING

Free Ground Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 (before shipping & tax fees), for continental USA standard shipping. This does not apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and other international locations, or previous purchases. All orders below $100, will be charged $10 for shipping in the continental USA.

We ship via FEDEX Ground - allow two to eight days for delivery. If an item is out of stock at the time you order, we'll notify you if and when we'll have it.

Order Processing
Most orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time we receive your order request, and will be shipped pending order verification and credit card approval.

In a Hurry?
For your convenience, we can expedite your order for an additional charge. Simply make your choice when choosing your shipping method at check-out

International Shipping
We are happy to process orders for international delivery. All international orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service at a flat rate of $15 per maximum 4 pound box. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Merchandise Availability
We update our online boutique's inventory periodically. Although we strive to keep an active and up-to-date inventory, it is possible that an item may sell out prior to our last inventory update. In this case, we will immediately notify you.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive by an email confirmation of your order. You may then track your order through the FEDEX website: 
www.fedex.com.

International orders may be tracked by going to the USPS website: 
www.usps.com.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will result in no charge to your credit card account. Orders may be canceled or modified prior to shipment, however, once an order is shipped the terms fall under our exchange policy. If the package is not accepted or is refused and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase less our return shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for Acts of God i.e. overnight shipping commitments due to snow storms, etc.

Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, a confirmation will be emailed to the email address which was provided to us. In some cases you may have to add 
info@clostudio.com to your "allowed senders" list, otherwise your security software may view it as spam and fail to deliver to you. An additional email will also be sent when your purchase is shipped so that you can track your order. Orders are generally shipped the same day if the order is received by 2pm PST.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We Gladly Offer Credits or Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange or return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Our Returns Department must receive all returning items within 14 days to qualify for an exchange or merchandise credit. If returning items without an exchange, a merchandise credit will be issued with expiration one year from the date of issue. By law, intimate apparel containing a crotch cannot be returned once it has been purchased.

*NOTE: Holiday Gifts purchased between November 17th and December 24th will have until January 10th, the following year, to be received by our Returns Department. Valentine's gifts purchased in the month of February, between the 1st and the 14th will have until the last day of February to be received by our Returns Department.

Shipping (including our cost of free shipping) and gift wrap charges will not be refunded.

All item(s) marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Merchandise
To return an item, please include your original receipt along with a brief note indicating the reason and what you would like in exchange. Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed the returned item. Your new choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order.

Returns can be sent via UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt and a reason for the return or instructions for exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.
