Return and Refund Policy

If it doesn't fit, isn't right, or you just aren't totally in love with new pieces, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. If you want to talk about what didn't work (and why) we might be able to suggest a replacement. Just get in touch with one of our customer care experts via phone (212-244-2414), or email (info@clostudio.com) and we can help you find something you love.  If you are returning for a refund we will deduct the cost of the delivery on a free shipment; on a credit for a replacement, we will not charge for the original delivery. We don't accept international returns.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
  • Purchased less than 30 days ago

  • Has not been worn, altered, or washed

  • Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached

  • Must have the original receipt

  • Underwear has been tried on over your own

  • The order was shipped to the USA.


How do I make a Return?

It's easy to return your items in just a few steps:

  • Option 1: Log in to your account at this link 
  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Indicate whether you'd like a store credit or a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  7. Click Request Return.
  • Option 2: Send us an email to info@clostudio.com indicating your order number, items that you want to return, the reason for the return, and if you want an exchange or refund. We will answer you with your return label and the next step.
  • Option 3: Send the items you want to return to our address with your order receipt, the reason for the return, and if you want an exchange or refund. We will answer your email account with your return label and the next step.
