CLO e-gift cards are available to purchase at www.clointimo.com. Gift cards are in electronic form. Once purchased, you will be sent an email containing a link to the e-card. Please retain this email or make a note of the gift card code. The person who purchases the e-gift card is responsible for sending it to their chosen recipient.

To keep your purchase looking beautiful, use a wash bag, machine wash gentle cycle, warm water, tumble dry low or hand wash and dry flat.

Hand Wash

Hand washing is strongly recommended to maintain the quality of your CLO lingerie.

Dilute a little mild detergent in a large quantity of cold water.

Let the piece rest in the solution for a few minutes. Stir very carefully and gently. Rinse and thoroughly squeeze out any excess water.

Do not wring. Do not mix colors. Do not use chlorine.

Machine Wash

1. Turn the item inside out.

2. Put the pieces in a washing net.

3. Use a mild detergent. Do not use chlorine. Choose a short, delicate wash cycle with a maximum temperature of 30°C. Switch off the spin function.

Do not iron your lingerie. If necessary, iron on the reverse side and at low temperature, except for certain pieces (chemises, robes, etc.).

Air dry flat or on a drying rack If you need it urgently, speed up the drying process by using the cold air of your hair dryer.
