Orders are shipped in bulk from our facility in Medellin,
Colombia once a week on Friday or Monday; approximately,
3 days transit to our warehouse in Miami with one day turn-around.
Transit times from Miami for ground and expedited
shipments(economy and standard) will vary depending on
your location but will fall within the ranges listed below.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information is available on YOUR ACCOUNT and your email order confirmation has the link too. Remember, you won't see movement until it ships from Miami.

Currently, we accept Canadian and international orders directly via our site. There is free shipping on certain international orders, see at checkout for details.
CUSTOMS + DUTIES
Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).
DELIVERY ESTIMATES + POSSIBLE DELAYS:
The standard estimated delivery time on orders shipping to Canada is 7-10 days.
If you'd like an estimated delivery time on an order shipping to another destination, please get in touch via email info@clostudio.com.
International shipping time estimates give a general timeline of a parcel's ETA. However, when the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.
