Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience, you could have emailed us directly.

We are using the exact same lace that we have always used in the Fortuna lace collection. It’s an exclusive lace that we have used for many years from one of the best lace producers in the world. There was a time early on that we used some different ones before we got to a certain size that allowed us to go into an exclude relationship with the supplier on this lace. Send me a picture of the old piece so I can see if it’s the same or not.

Now for the sizing issue, is it possible that you went up in size or maybe our sizing had gotten a little small in the 7-10 years, maybe. Was it both colors that you are unhappy with our just one of them; that would be important, the Azul was made a while ago and the Maple is very recent, there could have been pattern changes in between the time they were made.
